COMMUNITY SING
History
Newport Sings launched the Community Sing program in spring 2023 in collaboration with Looking Upwards and Creative Communities Collaborative.
Currently, this class is managed by Looking Upwards and is open to members of the Looking Upwards community.

Program
Community Sing is a weekly sing-along class where participants have the opportunity to learn, sing and perform new and familiar songs guided by a song leader. Through the experience of group singing, participants not only explore their own unique voice, but also experience how their voice contributes to the bigger group’s sound.
Currently, Community Sing is offered in collaboration with Looking Upwards and Creative Communities Collaborative.
